Cancellations
To cancel your agreement Only you or your authorised representative can cancel your agreement. Please contact the customer service helpline on 0345 319 2247 (option 3). For more information, please refer to your terms and conditions. The cancellation process is outlined in detail in your policy terms and conditions.
Refunds
If you wish to make a refund on any of our service plans – for instance, if the person named in the plan has passed away – call us on 0333 996 9888 and we will cancel the plan and refund any applicable money.
We will require a copy of the Grant of Probate (in England and Wales) or the Grant of Confirmation (in Scotland) to process your request and initiate a refund. In the interests of processing your request as quickly as possible, please send this documentation to:

You may receive a refund in the following circumstances:
- If you cancel your plan within the cancellation period outlined in your terms and conditions and have not made a claim, your contract will be cancelled immediately and you will receive a refund of any money paid to us.
- If you cancel your plan at a time after the cancellation period but have not made a claim, we will refund any premium paid for the remaining period of your plan, calculated daily. If you pay for your service plan through monthly installments, your plan will be cancelled at the end of the monthly period during which you informed of your wish to cancel. You will continue to receive services from Warranty People until the date the service plan is cancelled.
We will not able to process any refund or any money paid, if you cancel your service plan after making a claim on it, including if this claim is made during the cancellation period.

You can also log-in to our online portal to make a claim. For log-in you need your reference number, surname & access code. You can get all these details in your policy documents via email/post.
